The  Artist in Residence in the Education Art Hive works with students, faculty and staff in building their understanding of the multifaceted-practices of art, and the ways in which the arts can be integral to building knowledge across disciplines. The Art Education Hive supports professors across various disciplinary areas in Education wanting to integrate arts themes, strategies and assignments; contributes to mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in the arts; contributes to coordinating and planning exhibitions, digital display, and other art spaces in the Faculty, and organizes art events including workshops, presentations, panels, and/or various other types of arts related scholarly activities within the faculty as well as for the general public, who are welcomed as participants in the Art Hive on Wednesdays.
